The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate on the technical vision and lead discussions and implementation of multiple complex projects. They will continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to enhance the scalability of the code base and team productivity. Additionally, they will recruit, interview, and develop interview questions while fostering a culture of excellence, and inspire and mentor less experienced engineers and interns.
